Having grown up in Berkeley and graduating from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Shoshanna has extensive knowledge of Bay Area neighborhoods and what makes the East Bay such a wonderful place to live. She understands the nuances of each community and what makes them special. She loves sharing her resources with clients - from painters, handymen and stagers all the way to pediatricians, gardeners, and florists.

A drive to serve her clients' best interests coupled with clear communication has earned both her clients' trust and a reputation of excellence, integrity, and positivity. Shoshanna’s goal of exceeding expectations (from her entrepreneurial spirit) makes her a top choice for clients seeking thoughtful, patient, and customized representation. She also brings the energy and focus of 20 years of yoga practice to her work.

Previously, Shoshanna spent some of her formative years on the Big Island of Hawai'i where she is also licensed. Shoshanna co-founded and directed Cuba Wellness Adventures, developing all aspects of the business that led cultural tours in Cuba. The skills she gained navigating complexities in Cuba and US/Cuba relations are a huge asset to her clients. Outside of work she loves adventures with her children, dancing, and swimming in the ocean.
