Kacey Bridgman’s “can do” and “hands-on” approach to real estate sets her apart from a typical Realtor. Daughter of a custom home builder, Kacey has been immersed in the real estate world since she can remember, enabling her to see possibilities where others can’t. With her love of construction and design, coupled with the honest pursuit of presenting the very best options to her clients, Kacey creates opportunities that might otherwise be missed. Kacey’s clients appreciate her easy demeanor and her attention to detail. She enjoys meeting new people and discovering all the layers that make the individual. Making personal connections not only helps Kacey do her job but also strengthens her community.

A Northern California native and graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Kacey has lived in Oakland since 2003 with her husband, two daughters and two lively pups. Before joining The Grubb Co, Kacey worked for several years at La Salle Financial, a Mortgage Brokerage, in Montclair. She revived her Real Estates license in 2018 and has been turning properties into dreams and turning dreams into homes ever since.

When she isn’t summarizing disclosures or presenting gameplans, Kacey can be found working on her own home. A tool connoisseur, Kacey enjoys woodworking, welding and gardening. When it’s time to relax you can find her nose deep in a sci-fi epic or focused on a brutal game of Catan.
