A Boston native, I moved to California in 1992. With five years of corporate finance experience in the telecom industry, my path led to a cellular startup in the Bay Area. Solution oriented, I honed my out-of-the-box problem solving skills for the myriad of challenges that a new business encounters.
While working full-time, I juggled my passions by studying acting and performing theater in San Francisco. That won my heart: I headed to New York City to pursue an acting career, leaving behind the corporate world. I have performed on Broadway, television and film, in both NYC and LA.
The Bay Area beckoned one last time, and in 2012 I returned, working as a loan signing agent. Since that time, I’ve performed nearly 7,000 residential real estate transactions as a notary public. Again, I saw the path in front of me and followed it to become a Realtor®.
My transition was seamless, like the next scene on a stage. My strong organizational skillset and keen eye for detail helps ensure a smooth outcome for all parties in a transaction. My buyers and sellers rely on my astute market awareness and ability to explain the market trends to them in our ever-changing Bay Area real estate market. I listen closely to my client’s needs and perform my due diligence to honor their trust in me for helping them attain their real estate goals. The challenges I faced as a professional actor prepared me well for the focus and detail necessary to advocate for and assist my clients today. I hold myself accountable to the highest level of excellence, integrity and professionalism.
As an Oakland resident, I love discovering a new coffee shop or some of the amazing restaurants that make up the cultural tapestry of The Town. My keen sense of wanderlust has taken me to far-flung places in Europe, Southeast Asia and 49 of our 50 states. I pursue an active lifestyle and spend free time achieving physical fitness goals either at the gym or on the abundant hiking trails in Oakland and Berkeley. And while I regularly attend plays and shows, it’s as a Realtor® who simply appreciates their craft.
