Hi, I’m Analise! A UC Berkeley alumna and former Marketing Communications Director, I'm a force who brings charm and energy to everything I do. As an agent, I love distilling the data and nuances of this industry to empower my clients through education and encouragement, while quarterbacking strategy and negotiations as your champion. Teamwork, trust, and transparency are integral to success in this landscape, and I pride myself on upholding that trifecta with clients, fellow agents, and the community at large.

I’m competitive but patient, and effective but kind. If and when we run into hiccups–and we will, because real estate is particular, the stakes are high, and the product is personal–I’ll be your unflappable facilitator as we evolve our approach and communication, together. I’ve built my career on understanding people and what drives us, and I swear equally by data analytics and emotional resonance. Real estate is an incredibly delicate and fascinating combination of art and science, and I’m perpetually thrilled to navigate the balance. I can’t wait to work with you.

In my spare time, I serve on the Board of Directors of the Berkeley Student Cooperative Alumni Association, which supports affordable housing for university students. I love running marathons, spend arguably too many hours playing videogames, and wrote a speculative fiction novel I should probably publish. I live in Berkeley with my husband, a wild little rescue dog, and two giant orange cats.
