My career began in the title insurance industry, where I became a top-producing escrow officer in Alameda County. My strengths included managing a large volume of accounts, optimizing market conditions, providing a range of client services, and offering knowledge of the local real estate market.
I previously had the opportunity to work on the operations side of a successful construction business. It was incredibly beneficial to learn the many aspects of construction and remodeling. The process is very complex, from working with the city officials to obtaining permits, coordinating inspections, and ordering materials and installations. Personally, I have remodeled five homes, which has allowed me to experience the high level of emotions involved and the tangible benefit of enjoyment of the final product.
Our family has lived in Piedmont for three generations. I have a senior attending Piedmont High School and two in college. The teachers, community support, and services are second to none. I'm fortunate to have a fantastic group of neighborhood friends.
I'm passionate about the needs and goals of my clients, and I strive to exceed client expectations by building trust, sharing my expertise and community knowledge, navigating through the negotiations of the deal, and getting the highest and best results.
